Internship

If you're ready to learn, you're ready to grow.

An internship at Ideascape

At Ideascape, internships are for those who are genuinely curious, driven and eager to learn—not just ticking a college requirement. We offer hands-on exposure to real-time projects, meaningful mentorship and the chance to see your ideas take shape in the real world. If you’re ready to learn, contribute and grow, you’ll fit right in.

Real-time projects

“During my internship at Ideascape, I got to work on real-time projects, including a set of illustrations for a Liver Day campaign that the team was working on for a hospital client. The seniors guided me right through and it was so cool to see my work get published.” Durgashree, Intern

Tough, but fun!

“I specifically wanted to gain experience in motion graphics and video editing – and Ideascape helped me gain that. I worked on a vox pop video where I got to interview a lot of people and then edited the same to create the final video for a client. It was tough, but also great fun to do.”
Tobit Hanaiah S, Intern

Understanding process

“I joined in the month of December for my internship. It was full-on Christmas mood in the office. I got to observe and learn how an ad agency really works – from a brief to a finished product. It gave me a clear idea as to what I wish to explore more in the future.
S Nisha, Intern

Learning by doing

“The agency was making a big client presentation and I was given the task of doing research for that presentation. It was a very engaging project and I got to learn how to work on client presentations.”
R. Santhiya, Intern

Intern to Trainee

“I joined as an intern to explore if graphic design is something I enjoy doing. I got to work on many live projects, including illustrations for a New Year diary and calendar for a client. It was so thrilling to see my work in print. I now work as a trainee visualiser in the agency.”
Rowina Steeves, Intern/Trainee Visualiser
